Our Academic Team comprises of qualified and experienced staff, since we believe that learning starts with highly motivated and professional teachers. To further inspire learning in our students, we ensure that our academic team is constantly updated by having our inhouse continuous development programs which will be a hall mark in our school.

Our Academic Team would act as guides and facilitators to our students to enable them to become the confident learners that they ought to be.

PWS would be following the curriculum specified by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi and would be affiliated with the Board for Grades 9 – 12. Defined, structured and compact, the focus of the Curriculum is to help develop holistic individuals through co-scholastic school based evaluation, instill values through an integrated curricular approach, develop innovations in teaching-learning methodologies by devising student friendly and student centered paradigms, among others. The emphasis of the curriculum remains on the application of knowledge. The school would successfully link its vision with the CBSE curriculum rationale to ensure that the foundations of the curriculum is meticulously followed in the school.

All children will enjoy a healthy life style in school. The school is also committed to promote this. Physical exercise is of high priority in school. Students in Kindergarten will have both indoor and outdoor play time. Students in the primary curriculum will enjoy 80 minutes of weekly PE while students upto Grade 2 get an additional 40 minutes per week for exercises to develop their motor skills.

Kindergarten is the foundation of a child’s education when most connections and discoveries take place. Our Kindergarten School curriculum will provide a rich and dynamic learning environment for children from the age of 4 to 6 years. During this critical time, children begin to read, write and build the foundations of numerical and scientific understandings. Children will spend their time, trained to query and enquire, and by the end of Kindergarten would be ready to step into a more formal learning program equipped with all the necessary skills they will need.

To achieve this strong foundation, young learners need to be nurtured in a safe and happy environment, one where they can lead their learning, take risks and make mistakes, and learn from every new experience.

Primary Program


Primary School is from Grade 1 – 5, covering age groups 6 – 10. The Primary School is both the longest period of a child’s education and the time when the most connections and discoveries take place.

Our Primary School Program provides a rich and dynamic, forward-looking learning environment. Our children build strong foundations in reading, writing, numerical skills and scientific understandings. In addition, we teach our learners to develop the skills and approaches to learning that are essential in this rapidly changing world. The primary curriculum also promote cross curricular approach, critical thinking, and problem solving skills and provides opportunities to explore and discover.

Areas of learning are English, Social Studies, Mathematics, Science, Arabic, Arts, Islamic studies / life skills, Performing Arts and Physical Education. All our learners have the opportunity to learn a second language. French or Hindi is taught through intensive and immersive daily language instruction from specialist speakers.

Life in School would be spent in a myriad of co-curricular activities to develop interest in art, music, culture among others. The Bhavans Fest is an annual Intra school program and would be a platform for children to perform and display their innate abilities.

Besides these, the school has a unique assessment system which encourage students to take their tests in a natural environment without them feeling the pressure of an assessment.
